  • This is where you transition from purely using willpower to re-shaping your identity to create the new you. A new you for whom the better behavior is as easy as breathing.
  • This can be an intense and difficult stage.
  • Lots of positive and negative emotions can show up here. Stepping out of your comfort zone can feel uncomfortable. Your brain will perceive these changes as pain and try to prevent you from growing.
  • This won’t last forever and you’ll reach the final stage of your transformation sooner than you might think.
  • Your brain has created new neural pathways.
  • What once was scary and unknown becomes familiar and comfortable.
  • You've created a new identity. What previously seemed impossible will become effortless. Now, your mind, brain, and body are all aligned to work together in the same direction - the direction you want to be heading in.
